We are 336, (the operating name of Lambeth Accord) is a registered charity and Social Landlord providing accessible and affordable office space to our community of  disability and carers’ charities which deliver a wide range of much needed frontline services.

Our premises at 336 Brixton Road is home to a diverse and dynamic community of charities which provide vital services to disabled and older people and carers.  Most focus their work on Lambeth; some provide services to disabled people in London or nationally.

We provide furnished offices for new start-up disability organisations at peppercorn rent in their first, vital year of operation, allowing them to establish themselves and become registered charities.

We are now also housing charities providing Community Kitchens and will soon be a central distribution point for food banks.
